Early Years
I was the founder of Move 'n' Make which between 2008-2015 lead movement and art classes and events for young people and their grown-ups. Many of those young people are now pursuing careers in the arts. For many years in the noughties I ran the children's creative dance classes at Chisenhale Dance Space.
Tertiary
For 20 years I worked with Age UK Richmond and Multicultural Richmond (formerly Ethnic Minorities Advocacy Group) delivering Falls Prevention classes as a qualified falls preventions practitioner for frailer and older people, as well as keep fit chair-based classes and line-dancing. I then went on to manage a portfolio of wonderful yoga, pilates and fitness instructors working with these fabulous groups.
